Would stay at again. Good beds. Good water pressure. Clean, quite room. They have no elevator but allowed us to switch the room to a ground floor at time of check in. The cultural center and museum are next door.
Horrible putting 5 stars so review will be seen. Took my reservation never explained cancellation policy. They never asked would you like to reserve this room they just did it. They asked for my information as usual and i gave them it. I had to ask about the cancellation policy. They then explained after they got payment that the cancellation is no longer available and that I would be charged whether or not I stay. There is NO pool which is the only reason I picked it. There is not a kitchen in all room only microwave and mini fridge. False Advertising. Rooms are a 3/5 but service not so much called corporate and they did nothing about it just sent me to different numbers until I gave up. I do not recommend this chain stay across the street for a little more but believe you me it will be worth it
Amazing two room suite perfect for us and our three kids! Plenty of towels and toiletries. Love that the sink was outside the bathroom and there was a sink in the adjoining room with the microwave and fridge. Front desk was very helpful and the workout room was very nice though the treadmill didn't work quite right. Breakfast at hogans restaurant was fabulous: we were greeted by a very friendly hostess and our waitress was very attentive. She overheard us comment that our three year old dropped his bacon and she immediately brought out more! She made special potatoes when we ordered hash browns because they had wheat on them and we eat gluten free! It was a great breakfast too with the perfect amount of food.
After getting into car trouble outside Tuba City we tried the other hotel in town...and they wouldn't take cash or a card over the phone...I called the Quality Inn and she was polite and able to answer all my questions. Coming in late they gave us a decent price and were able to get us a easily accessible room. The room blew us away. Super nice clean and updated! I was impressed. A shout out to the staff you are great!!
Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant was very good. Steak was amazing.
