Basically I had an unexpectedly easy place to safely lay my head and not have to set up a tent after being totally wiped out from riding 10 hours. There is a Sonic in walking distance, a McDonald's on the street, and numerous convenience stores. BYOB on the rez

Great place to stay. Very nice front desk person. Clean rooms , comfy bed. Very home like

They do NOT have food. "Dine" is actually a Navajo word that means "Navajo". Cannot make online reservations, and we tried calling several times throughout the day and could not get anybody to answer. Last time we stayed it was very run down. A/C did not work. Lamps were out and the drain in the sink was clogged. A little costly for a rundown motel. Desk clerk was not friendly and seemed very annoyed with us being there last time.

Very dirty, excessive disgusting build-up of filth on AC filter. Glad I thought to clean it before running the AC. Hair on toilet, mold in bathroom, filth on the desk chair to the point that I felt like I needed latex gloves to touch it, just generally grimey. In the morning I went to the lobby for extra towels and coffee, but found no staff. The sign said they'd be back in the afternoon so I brewed my own coffee in the lobby, but no luck on the towels.

I had been riding my motorcycle all freaking day from Ouray Colorado. At about 9:30 I could not ride any further. I pulled into this motel and the front desk clerk was kind and I was quickly in my room. The room was basic but clean and quiet. The air conditioner was ineffective but the bathroom had a great shower for these sore motorcycle riding muscles. The next morning the cleaning lady wished me a good trip, asked me how I was doing, and wished me good luck.

I have stayed here several times over the years, unfortunately that ended last night. Upon arrival the desk clerk asked for my drivers license. I proceeded to give him my state issued I.d. as I don't drive because I have epilepsy. This clown started going on that for future reference they wouldn't b accepting state i.d. only drivers licenses. When I asked him why he went on to stay that people without them are normally criminals. I had everything I could do to not go across the desk and choke this rude disrespectful so-called clerk. Like I said I've stayed there many time over the years and have never been treated like that. I will never spend another penny. Go to the quality inn, it may cost a little more but it's another world when it comes to service, cleanliness, and beds. Sorry dine but you need someone who knows hospitality at your front desk.
